5th Passenger: Indie Sci Fi with a Cast of Star Trek Greats

There is an Independent Science Fiction project I've been keeping an eager eye on for a while now. Many know of it, but not enough do. It's creepily called '5th Passenger'. To start with, if you're a Trekkie you'll love the cast: Tim Russ (Tuvok, Star Trek: Voyager), Marina Sirtis (Deanna Troi, Star Trek: The Next Generation), Robert Picardo (The Doctor, Star Trek: Voyager), Manu Intiraymi (Icheb, Star Trek: Voyager), and Hana Hatae (Molly O'Brien, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine). There are many more Star Trek and Sci Fi actors in the cast
to see.
Not to be overlooked is Doug Jones, who has been in Pan's Labyrinth, Hellboy, Rise of the Silver Surfer, Falling Skies and The Strain. And there is plenty more talent in front and behind the camera with cast and crew hailing from Star Trek 2009, Star Trek: Into Darkness, Star Trek VI, Star Trek: Renegades, Star Trek Continues, Star Trek: Axanar, Star Trek: Horizons, Star Trek: Futures, Space Command, Nobility, When the Fever Breaks, Dollhouse, CSI, Modern Family, Criminal Minds, American Streetfighter, Extant, Law & Order, and Castle.
'5th Passenger' comes from the minds of Scott Baker and Morgan Lariah (who also plays the lead role of Eve Miller) and is“Set in 2151, after the Yellowstone Caldera volcano erupts throwing the Earth into chaos, 5th Passenger tells the story of a secretly pregnant female officer and her four man crew adrift in deep space in an escape pod after their transport ship explodes before reaching the new home planet. They fight amongst themselves as they run low on air, but must work together to find a vicious alien hiding aboard their craft before it kills them all.”
I've promoted this project in the past but now things are a little more urgent with the deadline to their Kickstarter Project ending soon. In less than 3 WEEKS actually!! As of now, they have raised $27k of their $65k goal. So it is very important that Sci Fi fans such as ourselves give some donations to make this film happen!! I know the Club reaches about 3,500 and many of you know even more Sci Fi fans than that. So we need to open our wallets and spread the word. Even at $1 each we could raise thousands in funding and donations!!
So please folks, help '5th Passenger' become a reality. Donate what you can and SPREAD THE WORD. Use the power of your social media!! Even if you just want to link and share this article, that would help too.
